How to Use the Printable Summer Reading Challenges
These summer reading challenges are perfect for kids and adults of all ages. They encourage you to keep up with your reading all summer- which is great for kids who may need extra practice or slack off on reading when they aren’t in school.
These reading challenges are in an easy to use and print PDF format, so they are ready to use– just print and go!
You can use them to keep kids off screens during the summer (require them to work a certain amount of time towards completing the list each day) or give little prizes (or new books!) for checking off a certain number of items.
Our library does something similar each year for their summer reading program. It’s a great way to get kids excited about reading to to help adults and teens branch out from reading the same old books over and over again.
