How to Use the Printable Father’s Day Cards to Color
These printable cards are so easy to use, all you have to do is print the page, fold them in half, and color!
But here’s a few tips for the best experience with printable Father’s Day cards:
Print the Father’s Day cards on cardstock: Regular printer paper won’t be strong enough and has a higher chance of getting wrinkled or crushed. Print out your cards on cardstock for more durability. Plus there’s less chance of markers or pens bleeding through the paper when using a thicker paper.
Use a ruler to fold: This is optional, but for the crispest fold, use a ruler or other straight edge. Of course, if you want your child to own the experience of creating the cards for their dad, then go ahead and let them fold however they want!
Use crayons or colored pencils. Markers tend to bleed through, so using pencils or crayons is a better option. Gel pens are another great option, especially for cards with small, intricate designs.
And don’t forget to have your child sign and personalize the cards on the inside for dad!
